Description
The MVP delivers a functional, deployable product for small private clinics — replacing paper records and manual workflows with a lightweight, reliable digital system.
This phase covers the clinic-facing dashboard, patient registration and records management, appointment scheduling, basic invoicing and payment tracking, and a simple patient portal for booking and visit history. The system is designed to work reliably on low-bandwidth connections common across Nigerian cities and towns.
